When I rushed you to the doctor I had no idea it would be goodby. He wanted to run some tests so we would know what the next step would be. He told me to go home and he would call me within a couple of hours. I thought you would somehow be treated and be home with me soon. I got a call 45 minutes later and told when they started you on the IV fluids and moved you to take the x-rays, you went into cartiac arrest. The doctor told me I needed to get back there immediately, as he didn't think you would make it. The x-rays showed a mass inside your tummy. I felt like it was my fault for not knowing sooner, but he said there would have been no way to tell. We had fun at doggie park last week, and I will never forget that. I have been crying since yesterday morning. I miss you so very much my beauty! Thank you for the 11 1/2 marvelous years my angel. My heart is broken in half and I can hardly think straight. I feel lost, and there is a huge void where my precious lady Ebony use to lay. Oh God I'm hurting so bad! The grief is unbearable. I was numb and in disbelief yesterday that you would be taken from me so abruptly, and now it is sinking in that you are really gone. You will be in my heart forever beauty and we will meet again one day. I thank you for your gift of love, and I am honored to have been your mom. Still hurts deep inside me you know. By d way, I brought your friend Rufus to your doctor today, just hurts so much to be in the clinic again, makes me think of you so much. Then there's someone bringing his cat who looks exactly like you. I can't help but approach him coz I wanted to see if you really look the same. Unfortunately, it was only his cats color that's similar from you but the face is completely different. I proudly showed him your foto thru my mobile fone, wanted him to see how different you are from his cat, how beautiful you are definitely than his cat. He also finds you so beautiful, even your shiny fur completely amazed him. Then I told your doctor that there's a cat outside who looks like you. I told him it hurts a lot to see someone who looks like you.And that I really do miss you a lot still. I nearly breakdown & cry in front of your doctor, I just controlled myself. But right now PRINCESS, I can't control anymore the tears...I miss you so much my PRINCESS!! The pain just doesn't go away, it really does hurt a lot. Anyway, I hope you're still watching over me from up above there. I love you my PRINCESS, can't wait to be together with you again.
